This Personalized Glass Ornament is a lovely way to remember a loved one. Hangs from a golden string with a bow on top and comes in a black drawstring bag. Personalize Baby's First Christmas with a first and last name (25 characters max) and a date in YYYY format. The Couple choice features "Mr. & Mrs." with the family name and the year established. Name has a 12-character maximum; the year requires 4 digits. "Est." is given. The Memorial ornament says "In Loving Memory", with your loved one's name up to 15 characters, as well as the years of their birth and death. Each date requires 4 digits. Personalize the Pet ornament with your pet's name up to 12 characters and a date in YYYY format. Sorry, mail/fax orders not accepted on personalized items; please order via web or phone agent. This item cannot be shipped to P.O. boxes and APO/FPO addresses.

"Received this yesterday, and was very impressed. I ordered the couple one. Nice etching, was done well, and is a good quality glass. My only disappointment was that I didn't receive a velvet bag as shown and due to it being glass, am now having to find something to wrap it in and help protect it. If it was stated somewhere that is didn't come with the bag, I overlooked it. Just figured it came with it since the picture shows it. Other than that very nice."

Nice ornament, but . . . .
"When I purchased this, the description said it came with a gold ribbon. The photo shows a nice gold ribbon. Yet, when it arrived, this very heavy ornament had nothing hanging from it - but included in the pouch one of those very thin gold strings that you find on most Christmas ornaments. For one thing, it would have looked tacky to hang that ornament with that string and for another thing, the ornament was way too heavy for it. I would never trust it on there! The workmanship on the ornament is beautiful. I am extremely happy with the ornament itself, just not how they expected me to present it to the receiver with that cheap flimsy string. I contacted Lakeside and they made it right for me - but the description was changed now to just say a gold string. Do be prepared to do what I am going to do and that is to go purchase a nice solid gold ribbon for this ornament instead of using this cheap one. Otherwise, expect it to not hold on the tree. If you are ok with purchasing your own ribbon, then this is a very nice product otherwise and will make a beautiful gift."
